You can flex this muscle on your own while just sitting in a chair. Repeated flexes everyday will strengthen this muscle. Mental Routines. There have been studies showing that premature ejaculation does have a lot to do with natural mental issues that most everyone has, such as performance anxiety, nervousness, subconscious things going on and so forth. So when these things pop up in your head, then boom! Premature ejaculation set's in immediately. The key is to learn mental techniques such as breathing exercises that you can do to stop these mental issues from becoming a factor during sex. Once you get a grasp on this you will automatically hold out a LOT longer than usual. Practice Sex. Once you have a good routine on how to do the exercises and how to work the mental routines, then you could put these to practice. If you have a girlfriend willing to help you then that's great.
